Absolutely terrible customer support and overall experience. It's just another low-quality SAAS offering that tempts you with free trials, then hits you with a hefty annual fee and won't even help with problems.

I was charged for a whole year when I only wanted a month-to-month subscription, and they flat out refused to give me a refund. Customer support is basically nonexistent, and the app doesn’t even sync all the events on the same calendar. Honestly, it’s one of the worst apps I’ve ever dealt with, and this company is among the least ethical I’ve encountered. Just steer clear of them.

***Editing to address this company's misleading response:
1. I attempted to use the app for free last year, and it was a total flop. I forgot how awful it was, so I gave it another shot this week for a specific purpose. I have *NEVER* been able to use the app successfully - it’s just terrible.
2. After THREE requests, you still REFUSED to refund my money. Your response is a complete fabrication. I wanted to upload screenshots of your emails denying my refund, but this site won’t let me do that.
3. If you had just acted like a decent business and refunded my money instead of almost begging me to let you keep the $72 over five emails, I might have stuck around and paid monthly. Well, I would have if the app actually worked, which it doesn’t.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! It keeps notifying me that I'm gonna get exposed every five minutes, and even after deleting the app, I'm still getting alerts!! Can anyone lend a hand?

I used to think that Google Calendar and Calendly were the top choices for managing my schedule. But then I gave Calendar a shot and realized how much I had been missing.

I’m really into Calendar, and my clients dig it too, since they can book meetings easily across various time zones. The Analytics dashboard is hands down the most helpful feature, letting you track how much time you spend in meetings and how many you set up over different time frames.

Another thing I can’t live without now is the transcription feature. Calendar takes care of transcribing each meeting automatically, which is a huge help, especially with important clients.

The only downside is that there’s a lot to explore all at once, and it might take a few weeks to really get the hang of it. But once you do, you won’t want to use any other calendar app out there.
